You can call our telephone number 400 49 094 for information  about our service, and where you can find us in Bergen, at these times:

Wednesday: 10. a.m. - 1 p.m.
Thursday: 6.00 p.m. - 8.30 p.m. (during our opening hours)

Who can get help?

The service is for you who do not have legal residency in Norway, whether you are living here secretly or at a reception centre. Do you have a health problem that you cannot get help for in the public health system? We can help you!

What kind of help can you get?

When you call us, we will tell you the address of our office. It is centrally located in Bergen.

When you arrive at the office, you will first meet a nurse. You tell her what kind of health problem you have, and she might do some simple tests before you see our doctor.

At our office you can also talk with a psychologist, and get help from a physiotherapist or gynaecologist. We can make an appointment with a dentist to relieve acute dental pain.

Free of charge

Our services does not cost you anything.

You are safe with us

Our health service is confidential – nobody will know that you have come to see us. Everybody you meet at our office is bound to secrecy.

Who are we?

We are a voluntary organisation that is politically and religiously neutral. We are more than 70 doctors, nurses, other health professionals, interpreters, people who work with refugees, and others who believe that everybody has a right to the health care they need.
